Maker of Premium Craft Hard Cider


We’ve always had a small batch of hard cider from each year’s harvest that we’d pour for friends and family around the kitchen table. Growing from this raw, pure style we’re very excited to introduce our latest line of hand-crafted, quality products to our consumers.
Made from the finest fruit grown on our farm and local family orchards, we use heirloom and rare apples hand selected to ensure the perfect balance to make a premium craft cider.  Our styles are mostly sparkling and range from dry to semi-sweet using both traditional and innovative fermentation methods.
In using a classic approach we strive to introduce new cider drinkers to a more dry, smooth, and sharp taste than mainstream cider brands.  Our new methods are fun for the cider expert that seeks variety and interesting flavors like hops, ginger, and sparkling rosé.
We believe in strong partnerships with regional cideries, breweries, and wineries to help sustain the local craft movement.  We’re proud of our collaborations with Chateau Niagara Winery and Chateau Buffalo that have led to unique styles that further differentiate Blackman Cider.
We have distribution in the Western New York and New York City areas.  You can also purchase our product on the farm during the apple picking season.
